Welcome!

I am always happy to connect with retailers who are interested in carrying my work in their shop. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by me in my home studio in Kansas City.

Below you will find my wholesale terms, conditions and other useful information. Placing a wholesale order confirms the retailer’s understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated below. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns, or requests.

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Retailers will receive wholesale trade pricing, plus the cost of shipping. Some materials used in production are of limited supply and are available while supplies last. Retailer will be informed if an item they have ordered is no longer available, and will not be charged for the item/s. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (the “MSRP”) is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell my products. You may sell my products for a price in excess of the MSRP.

OPENING ORDERS & REORDERS:

Opening order minimum is $300, plus shipping. Reorder minimum is $150, plus shipping. Orders must be paid in full via paypal or check before you will be put on the production schedule. An itemized invoice will be emailed to the retailer after order has been placed via email. Order will not be shipped unless payment has been received.

PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME:

Most pieces are made to order, which means the jewelry will be crafted after you have placed your order. Because of this, it is hard to give an exact ship date from order date since turnaround time varies depending on volume of orders. I am a one woman production studio, and try my best to get wholesale orders out in 2-4 weeks from the order date. Larger orders and orders placed during busy seasons may have longer lead times.

On the other hand, I may have items in stock that can ship very quickly or I may be able to rush your order if my production schedule allows. Rush orders may require an additional processing/shipping fee. Please contact me at iamearthenvessel@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding rush production/shipping time.

PRODUCT VARIANCES:

Due to the handmade nature of my production process and the natural materials I use in my designs, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. This is especially true with gemstones- and really what makes each piece unique! Please allow for some variances in shape, coloring and size due to the nature of the materials. The items shown in the photos will be a close representation of the item you will receive.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

All orders are shipped via USPS from Overland Park, KS. A flat rate shipping and handling fee of $14 will be added to all wholesale orders. Should there be additional shipping charges for any reason, I will contact you with the details of the changes.

PRODUCT PACKAGING:

Each piece of jewelry comes in a black, gray, or white Earthen Vessel gift box.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please email me at iamearthenvessel@gmail.com within five days of receipt if any items are damaged or defective. Returned products will be repaired or replaced with new products if unable to be repaired. Returned products will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting me prior, to report damage or defects as outlined above. Retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Your wholesale order is made for your shop once it is ordered, therefore jewelry may not be returned or exchanged. I generally only accept returns in the case of defective pieces as noted above. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns or questions regarding a return or exchange. I want you to love your order, and I am always open to resolving any issues as best I can.

BASIC JEWELRY CARE:

Brass, Copper, and Silver are metals that can tarnish quickly when exposed to skin, sweat and salt. Some like the patina they develop and some like to keep it shiny. Using a polishing cloth or pad is a great way to brighten the metal and protect stones. You can also wash gently with warm water and a mild soap and dry with a soft cloth. Over time your skin and oils will polish the metal and keep the patina it creates. Keep your jewelry out of humid places, preferably storing it in a bag between wearing. Avoid wearing while showering, swimming or in other extremely humid environments.

Please Note: Earthen Vessel is not responsible for damaged, stolen or lost packages. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please let me know so I can send you an invoice.
